Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series Welcomes DirtonDirt and Cruise With the Champions as Rookie of the Year Sponsors
Woodruff, South Carolina (November 5, 2024) – The Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series is proud to announce that a pair of dirt racing’s most iconic supporters have signed on to sponsor the 2025 STSDS Rookie of the Year program. The driver that is named Rookie of the Year will collect a $2000 cash prize along with a free cruise for 2 on the 2026 Cruise with the Champions.
“We cannot thank our friends Michael Rigsby and Cindy Knowles enough for their support of our program. They have both been huge supporters of so many in our sport and it is truly an honor to have them working with our new series.
Obviously, the additional cash is always great for any racer. But when you add in the benefit of the cruise, I think that really makes it extra special. Now a guy can take his significant other and share his rewards for all of their sacrifices. It is a great program and we look forward to giving it away at the end of the year.” commented Kelley Carlton STSDS General Manager.
