Cody Overton grabs $15,000 payday in Winter Freeze finale at Screven Motorsports Complex
SYLVANIA, GA (February 8, 2025) – Cody Overton led all 50-laps of Saturday’s Winter Freeze finale at Screven Motorsports Complex, holding off Ethan Dotson in the closing laps. Overton qualified second-fastest in his group and domninated his heat race before pulling the pole position in the Hunt the Front TV redraw. The current World of Outlaws points leader kept his competition at bay to secure the $15,000 payday with the Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series. Ethan Dotson finished runner-up while Zack Mitchell rolled to his second podium of the weekend.
