Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series
Cory Hedgecock repeats with Southern Thunder at North Georgia Speedway
Chatsworth, Ga. (September 20th, 2025) – Fourth-stating Cory Hedgecock powered to the lead on lap 10 and weaved his way through traffic to secure his second Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series triumph. Hedgecock earns $7,500 and repeats with the series after winning at Smoky Mountain Speedway and North Georgia Speedway.
Polesitter Dale McDowell led the opening ten circuits before Hedgecock slid by him while series points leader Dalton Cook rounded out the podium.
David Payne and Dillard Hatchett completed the Top-5 in the 50-lap main event.
