Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series open 2026 at Cochran Motor Speedway

The Southern Thunder Super Dirt Series rumbles back to life this Saturday night at Cochran Motor Speedway as we kick off the 2026 season. A $10,000 winner’s prize is on the line for the season opener. An open practice session will be held Friday evening from 7–10 PM for Super Late Model teams and local divisions. Saturday, April 18:
Gates open: 3PM
Drivers meeting: 6:30PM
Hot laps: 7PM
Racing starts: 8PM
Divisions racing… STSDS Super Late Models ($10,000), CRUSA 602 Late Model Sportman ($2,000), Factory Stock ($1,000), and Crown Vic ($777)

Pits:
Saturday: $45 Adult | $20 kids 6-11
